Whats wrong with the sreen?

whenever i click on something on the internet to open it it opens up real small and then i have to double click on the top line to fill the screen any idea what is causing this

You might want to check the settings on your active desk to, you right click,click active desk top and go to setting mess around with it until the sreen is on normal size.
