start up problems. Error message: missing a DLL file - LTFILIon.DLL

computer seems to start in safe mode.

Can I fix this problem myself?

It could be a program or file you have deleted that windows requires to start that is causing the error message Try to reinstall any program or files You can check in to your recycle bin to see if the file is there Or you can run PC in safe mode and go to folder options and go to view all Hiden files Click to show all files, look for it there, if its not then you will have to do a windows update
