Would you like to block incoming mail?

I would like to know how to block all incoming e-mail except fot those in my address book in Outlook Express.

To block all incoming email except those form your address .

1 click inbox

2 click organize

3 click junk e-mail

4 click the option link

5 then change the commercial email list "edit junk senders"

6 then change the adult content email list "edit addult content senders"

after doing that you will only recieve emails from those on your address nd those who give your email to.
