What is refreshing?

My computer keeps refreshing every 5 to 10 seconds. What can I do to stop this?

What application on your computer keeps refreshing? if internet explore keeps refreshing try clicking on tools internet options advanced and set to default Let me know if this works if that not it try running for a virus in your system.
