I have Windows XP Professional and have no problems with Internet Explorer when we log on to our user account which is the "administrator account". We created a "Guest" account" for the kids and on that account whenever they log on Internet Explorer it gives and error message "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close ...." This only happens on the Guest account. The following information may or may not help in determining what my problem is.

App Name: iexplore.exe

App Ver: 6.0.2800.1106

Mod Name: mob030612.dll

Mod Ver: 1.2.0.0

Offset: 000297dc

I would appreciate any help/assistance you can offer. Thank you!

Tohelp you out with your problem you will have to log on under admin and delete your guest account make a new account and you will have to assign that account with permission to log on to the internet as admin you control every user name that you create including the prevlieges for all users so make sure the user you create has access to the internet next time.
