What is view on the menu

At the top of my screen, I am missing a row of buttons that were there before. How can I get them back ?????? Address bar , links, favorites, etc. They are suddenly missing. HELP !!!

This question was answered on July 31, 2003. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

All you have to do is open up a web browser Click on View and then Toolbars click the Address Bar, Links, Standard buttons and whatever else you would like to view and that's it :)
