Why does the pc freeze?

my pc tends to freeze is this because i dont wait for the program to fin loading the mouse stops then the world icon stops spinning this happens at any time surfing email and sometimes on games its like some times the pc catches up and some times it just freezes then i have to reeboot

If you dont let the computer load, it will freeze, always give it time , let the loading process complete so it should not freeze on you.
