athlon 2600,radeon 9600pro,512mb pc2700 ram,aoc 19 inch monitor,soltec sl75mrn-l mainboard,

ive just got this system setup,been having no probs exept while ive been playing ut2003 online my monitor has dropped out half a dosen times over a few days,i restart the monitor and it just says" no signal or cable disconected" ,i can still hear the game running through the speakers.all i can do is to restart the computor and the monitor comes back with no probs.

i have no idear if its the monitor playing up or the new mainboard or vidio card or what the hell it is.

there is no application or system error in the my computer managment log so i have nothing to go on. any suggestions would be greatly appreiciated.

Many monitors do this if you exceed its resolution limit For example if your highest resolution your monitor can go is 1024x786 and you try running your game at 1200x1600 resolution your screen will go blank Lower your resolution for unreal tournament 2003 to see if the problem persists or not If it does look for any patches for unreal tournament 2003 and new/updated video card drivers from www.ati.com.
