When I turn on my computer it displays no mouse or keyboard detection and also says that the keyboard has an error and a stuck key. After that, a windows dialogue box says that the mouse is disconnected and to reconnect it and restart the computer. I do all this but still nothing happens. What is wrong?

First if keyboard has a stuck key try a new keyboard and when you plug it in make sure computer is off first then turn on and in bios setting to see if everything is in place.
