What is wrong voltage on the AGP card

I have pIII system with intel motherboard(inbuilt ac97 soundcard, intel graphics card).

when i turn on my system first red-light get's on and after some time my sytem turns off, and i turn on it again then red-light and green-light turns on and my system turns off, again i turn on the system it starts normally and starts restarting itself for few times and then work's fine.

Iam experiencing this problem from few days.

can you tell what is the problem.

I had a similar problem In my case the red led went on and off I found out later that it was caused by an incorrect AGP card If you plug in any 3.3v AGP card into the 1.5 AGP slot, this Led lights up thus preventing the system to power up Sometimes it powered up and sometimes it didn't You can burn your mother board out if you are not careful.
