Keep getting the same automated security patch from Windows

Hello-

I've been getting the same automated security patch from Windows. I keep downloading it but it always seems to come back the next time I boot my computer up. I've downloaded it through the automated updates as well as throught the Windows website. It's been dloaded about 10 times now. Is it just a continuation of that one particular security patch or is something else wrong.
