What is error message when clicking on link in e-mail while outlook

During my use in Outlook, I get this error message when I try to click on a link in the email, This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system adminastrator.

Up to two days ago everything was fine.

I can't figure out what I did to cause this.

Please help!

Start internet Explorer

On the tools menu, click Internet Options

Click the programs tab, and then click the reset web setting button.

under internet program , verify that the correct e-mail program is selected

Click to select the Internet Explorer should check to see whether it is the default browser check box.

click apply, and then click ok
