Why is my computer turning on and off?

My computer keeps turning off ond on as soon as i plug it in and hit the power button. I tried swapping out the power supply, but the same thing, it just clicks off on off on off on, I also tried unplugging the power button and the reset button but, that did not work either... any ideas?

Seems like the hard drive is the problem, the hard drive is not getting enough power to stay on, it could be worn out, or something wrong with the fan The best thing would be to get it checked out.
