Symantec's service is the worse I have seen. They do not have a site for known bugs. My company was down a whole day after latest Liveupdate was installed and the email stopped. I had to go to Microsoft to find out that their product was not compatible with OUTLOOK 2002 XP. (Outlook is pretty much a standard in the business world. Why not make the product work with a standard product?)

Microsoft's fix was to turnoff script-blocking and disable email scans. I did not buy this product to turn off half the protection.

Why is this problem not listed on THEIR site. Their product has cost my company time and money. Would you do returning business with a company that you have to pay to found out about bugs in there own product? Their support site is very poor. In fact their support is very poor – more like they wrote it , you bought it and now its your problem..

Thank you Microsoft for listing this bug or I would be out of business.

Why don't they list this bug?

Why does not Liveupdate warn the customer about this known bug?

Are they working on a fix? - No - it is your problem that MS product don't work with Symantec

I am an unhappy customer. I want to warn others about this product. Save your money- you have to turn off half the advertised protection to make it work.

Just in cause you have not hear about the bug.
