What is Screen Resolution

my Screen Resolution is only 640 by 480 with 16 colors. I need help, I can not run Printshop 11.

Try changing the Screen Resolution You can go on the Web and find some application that would adjust the resolution like adobe has a program that allowed me change the resolution.
