What is window updates

I dont know why but everytime I get on my computer it frizzes up and I have to unplug it to get it to come back on . It does it when online and off. Could you help?

Hello...

First thing you should do is make sure you have all your windows updates for your machine Once you have your windows updates installed see if the problem still occurs If so the next step would be to see how much of your memory is being used Does this problem only occur when a lot of programs are open ? If so you might need a memory upgrade If you have enough me mory placed in your computer to do what you want to do it could be some program eating up your computers resources causing it to crash and freeze up I would suggest looking at all your processes you have floating on in the backgrouond You can do this by pressing cntrl alt del keys You might want to end the task of certain programs running to free up memory
