Only your wall paper?

When i start my computer it goes as normal, after i log in it will just stay at a screen that only shows my wall paper. I cant see my icons or the start menu or anything just my wallpaper. But if i press Ctrl Alt Delete i can go to new task and still run programs from their. I really need help.

It might be that your computer is alittle low,you might want to give it some time to load , see if that helps if any get back to us.
