Bootup Disk

can someone tell me what I could do to get this computer running or how to get a rebootable disk

Simple go to another computer that is running the same Operating System as you own Put in the floppy disk and then go to start/setting/control panel/add & remove programs then click on startup disk From there you'll be able to create a boot up disk Carlos Millan Jr
