A Dell computer problem
About 4 months ago I bought a Dimension 2350 from Dell. From the minute I plugged it in I could tell there was a problem. Now the problem is worse. I've written Dell several times. Once "technicians" told me something to try. They said the problem was not the hard drive. Their fix didn't work. Now I'm trying to get Dell to send a technician to my home to fix the pile of junk I've got. No reply so far. Is there somewhere I can report Dell and their lack of progress in getting my computer fixed? All that seems to be left is to take Dell to court. Please reply to [email protected]
