How can I get the NTL board band to work back as it was before?

NTL broard band installed, worked ok for few days, now does not open pictures, tried 'show pictures' was on. any idears ?

If is not working as it was before you must make sure that first nothing happened to it, by that I mean nothing was spilled no types of beverages or anyhting fell on it, its very delicate ofcourse, try checking the manual step by step and let the company you got your NTL from in on the problem you are having with your NTL if is still having those difficulties.
