As you can tell, I don't know much about my computer so my question is: "Do you think I should upgrade the amount of memory and/or hard drive and if I did would it increase the speed?"

I don't do a lot with my computer but do like to keep it upgraded to a degree. Thank you for any consideration you might give to this.
