How can I clean my laptop from the viruses it contains?

My lap top has something wrong with it, it seems like a virus or something but norton won't find it. the find word keeps poping up (ctrl+f) stuff types on its own, pop ups come up when i'm not doin anything sometimes the back space when i try to erase something just comes up as little squares i dunno what to do and i don't want to format, and also system restore won;t work

There are many ways to clean up your laptop, the first one, would be by booting it, thats something I personally do, with both laptops and computers, and if not u can always go to your company of manufacture and let them know that after you perfomed the booting on your laptop you were still having the problems you have.
