My Windows\Recent folder (and Documents on the Start menu) has stopped recording the documents I access. Can I fix this? Thank you

Right-click on the start bar and select properties Click on the customize option and then the advanced tab Under Recent Documents make sure the “List my most recently opened documents” is checked You may also want to click the “Clear List” button to start a new list of recently opened documents http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;307875
