How can I find high speed internet in my area?

I have been unable to locate anyone who is willing to give me high speed internet in my area and I desperately need it for the applications that I run. My address is 2305 E. Main St. Apt. xxx Mesa, AZ 85213. Qwest and Cox won't give me service. Can you help me please?

You must go to your local internet company, and let them know of your issue, for high speed I would personally recommend you use road runner service, its very helpful
