Added new hard drive. Loaded win 2000. When reboot occured,get message hard drive failure. Hard drive jumpered correctly & also bios not detecting on hdd configuration.

Check and see how much space is in the hard drive and check to see how many was in the old one This might occur because your hard drive may not be compatible with your motherboard, always check and make sure that whatever components you are going to install or want to install, that your motherboard can support it Carlos Millan Jr.
