Why does my computer say restart system every 5 minutes and then logs off?

my computer says u have to restart the syatem every 5 mins when i log in the net ,

and after 5 mins it automatically shuts down

You may have set a automatic timer on your computer and didn't know it, you should check the control panel and see what your computer settings are.
