Why is it shutting down?

I keep getting a message when I turn on my computer that windows cannot open this program, and to choose a program to open. This message is referring to windows itself.

A while later, I get a message that the program is shutting down, and it gives me a 1 minute countdown to save any data. The message is Remote Procedure Call, and the system restarts after 1 minute. Do you have any ideas? Can you fix this?

Try booting up windows with boot disk, you might need to add more ammount of ram.
