How to fix the APM device problem?

In system information Problem Devices under Advanced Power Management support following message is in red: This Device Has a Problem: Code=10 (OxA).

This question was answered on June 21, 2004. Much of the information contained herein may have changed since posting.

This means that you need to update the device drivers in order to work properly Now double click my computer icon, double click control panel, double click system, click on device manager, right click the device you want to update, click properties, click drivers, and now click update drivers.
