How can I get my web pages on my screen to stop looking small and blurry?

I'm not really sure the answers to some of the questions above. I basically anwsered "other" to the ones I was really unsure of. My question could very well be a quick fix. I have noticed that on some web pages, the text appears to be very small & blurry. Sometimes, it is so bad that it is impossible to read. Did I miss some sort of Windows update perhaps? Please email me back with your suspicions....It is truely appreciated. Thanks a bunch! Tina

A suggestion I would suggest is try doing something with the menu buttons on your computer, you know the color,contrast, to make your screen look clear or more clear, thats what I can suggest but if its above that then I would recommend you hire a profesional technician.
