I use to be able to have resolutions of 640x480, 800x600, 1024x768. Now i'm unable to get 800x600. It extends above and below the monitor view. The adjustment knobs won't fix the distortion either. I have an updated directx and the latest monitor driver (I have a Packard Bell monitor).

Thanks for any insite you may have.
