What is the best help support for me?

Dell software service has really deteriorated badly. Cant get a tech on the on the phone and they are not helpful when you do. My dell pc is 5 years old and maybe will need a replacement soon. Where can i buy a pc that will give me good service on hardware and software. I dont want to demean you people because sometimes i have gotten good help on the phone but sometimes not. - John A Mathe
