How do i download

Hello, I received an email that says to look for the file "jdbgmgr.exe" and it says to delete it. Well, I did find it and I hit delete. After that I started to look for information on your site and found it and says not to delete because it is a hoax. It says something about "downloading" it again from Microsoft but when I go there it says that they no longer do it. What do I do? I don't know too much about computers, please help me. Thank you!
