Want to know how to stop yellow popups

I keep getting these yellow popups with a message about new types of ads that are now targeting computers. It tells me to go to their website and buy a $24.95 program that is supposed to stop these new types of popups. I'm sure this is a scam but I am sick of these popups appearing all the time. Is there a way to stop them. I know it's not from AOL because I have been using there popup control but this is from an outside source.

You should go to the sites and cancell them from appearing Try to download cheaper popup programs or free ones at downlad.com
