During the Blackout my computer went out and now it won't come back on?

Computer was on during a thunder casued blackout. It would not start after power resumed. There is nothing on monitor (not even the BIOS screen). HD does not initialze. Power indicator reamins yellow. Any idea if it is a problem with power unit, monitor, CPU, or motherboard?

It could have been the way the blackout it, you might have had something opened when the blackout began that is causing the malfunction in the computer, or came across a virus, and since it was not shut down correctly the sectors in the computer were not checked and could have caused it to spread on the computer.
