Hi I Have two Problems , my applications run slow get message low memory . have up graded from 128 mg to 256 no probs seem to be using a lot of memory where i ask myself . have Optimizer prog Norton utilites . have program to clear unused temp files off system to keep system uncluttered also wipe free space. have 18gb use 4.5 have 15 gb free also use 129 mb out off 256 mb think i have memory leakage . can i fix it with windows xp if so how. Or do i have to by memory program to manage memory usage. Prob 2 keep getting error message when i upload windows . message says ERROR LOADING C:\ WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\NvCPL.dll

A DYNAMIC LINK LIBRARY(DLL) INTIATITION ROUTINE FAILED. Will have to Reinstall xp or can i fix it another way . Bearing in mind i,m a learner can you HELP Regards Colin P.S USE WINDOWS XP PRO

Your memory problem could be that you have a lot of icons on the right side of the task bar, if you do delete them They take up memory The error that you are receiving I also had The way I fixed the problem was by putting in the installation xp pro disk and choosed the repair option What happenned to me is the DLL were corrupted.
