Why does my computer still not work eventhough I fixed the blaster worm virus?

i had the blaster worm virus. i ran the fixes off the internet .it said it fixed it .but now my computer runs like crap it takes bout 15 minutes to boot up then programs randomly open ,internet pops up no reason, network disables, everything is junk any ideas on how to fix this. i run norton says i have no viruses,need help thanks

Well seems like some sectors of the computer are still infected What you can do is go to a computer technician who may have the right program that can detect the problems and will be able to fix it.
