Ejection of the cd

i have a cd in the d drive and i cant get it to open up. i have shut the system off and restarted it and i still can not get it to eject the cd. thank you for your help.

Take a pen or something small but strong and find a small hole next to, or under the cd rom drive that is a way to eject your cd Carlos Millan Jr.
