Types of e-mail problems

I am unable to view my yahoo mail. I am able to get as far as how many messages I have and when I click on the number the system times out and says "The page cannot be displayed". I can access it on an outside computer, but not at home. The problem 1st occured with my ISP e-mail account. I did delete Sobig from my system last month.
