my computer is fine here is my question when i download a program let say like a virus protectin program it will download just fine when i try to install it ,it will start out normal then all at once it will disappear like i click it off it will be be their then all at once it is gone i try to download the security patch for the new worms that is hitting everone it downloads ok but when i try to install it ,it did just like the other this problem just startedany sujects as to what may be causing this. thank you for your time. jr.

I think that the software download wasn't fully downloaded Though it might say download complete I don't think that everything you need inorder to install the software was downloaded I would remove it completely and then find a way to get either from a different website or a friend But always keep in mind, it must be compatible with your operating system and how much space it will take and if you have enough space if this doesn't work then after installing it check and see if it's in your add & remove control panel If it's there then you have nothing to worry about Carlos Millan Jr.
