I have a small home based business with two computers connectted to a Linksys router for a shared Internet connection. I would like to make files avaiable to several users remotely that they can access and make changes and then upload them to a computer on my network again. Should I set up a dedicated ftp server or a server with Windows server 2003 using Terminal Services for a remote connection? For either choice can more than one user access the server at the same time? Should I consider a VPN, and what would be the requirements for software and hardware? What security precautions should I implement?

Thanks for any help you can give.

yes, you will need windows server 2003 using terminal services, this allows multiple connections and also the sever also supports VPN and FTP No other hardware and software is required.
