Adware 6

I am scanning with adware 6 for the first time and I received the following scan for possible removal.

Alexa RegKey Data Miner HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE:SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Extensions\{c95fe080-8f5d-11d2-a20b-00aa003c157a.

I would like to know if this type of file is safe for removal.
