Hi

Every time I try to download the 4 critical upgrades that Microsoft says I need, when it reboots it says unable to install some of the new upgrades, hit any key to continue. Then I go back to let microsoft and let it scan my CPU and it says I still need those 4 updates that I thought I loaded. Any suggestions?

Also, I do have Norton Anti-virus and it hasn't "caught" any viruses....but.....I'm getting 30-70 emails a day now from ;

re: thank you

re: application

re:my details

etc, etc, etc

MS says my system (ME) can't get this worm so why am I getting all these emails?

THANKS!!!

Yes, you got a virus and if your Norton can't correct the problem, you need to reformat your hard drive I also don't like Norton because many people have problem with it I us PC chilling and it has worked fine.
