My screen turned pink instead of white as normal. The first time I just rebooted and it went back to normal This time I turned the computer off and then on again, but it was still pink. What is wrong? Is it the monitor? the computer? Do I have a bug? I have Norton Anti-virus as well as Norton Internet Security. Thanks for your help.

Try rebooting without the Norton Anti-virus and see what happens Many times the Norton causes many problems when you boot up.
