How can I check my mail with my newly cox high speed online?


I recently switched to Cox high speed, but the technician could not get Microsoft Outlook Express to check my mail. He check all of the settings and everything was correct. I restarted my computer and it let me check my e-mail once. However, now it will not let me. I tried restarting again, but it did not work. I have downloaded all of Microsoft's updates, but it still does not work. Is there any way to fix this?

The way to fix this matter is by simply cleaning your set, and then restarting it again, if still having the same problem then contact the same technician who helped you out before.
