How can I get rid of my w32.spybot.worm virus.

I have the w32.spybot.worm virus. I cannot get rid of it. Please tell me how. I can't access my task manager.

You must do some serious booting, try pressing the f1 button a number of times, another suggestion is you can press central alt and delete, and if you are still having issues with it you must contact a professional for the matter.
