Resolution Solution

cannot change the resolution from (640 x 480) using the procedure of

selecting the "settings" tab on the Properties selection. need no less than

800 x 600 for a majority of my programs

Did you try to right click on the desk top then properties and then settings? because if that doesn't work then you have have some hardware problems Meaning your video card Carlos Millan Jr.
