Why can't I uninstall Norton Antivirus software?

I'm having problems removing Norton Antivirus software. It does not load and when I try to uninstall it the file C:\Program Files\Norton Antivirus\Nav95.isu can not be found and uninstall shuts down. I'd like to use McAfee antivirus in the future.

Maybe you should try to reinstall it That may bring back the missing file, then you can uninstall it completely and load on the new software.
