How can I change my password in my Incoming Mail Server?

In my Outlook Express, how can I change my "Incoming Mail Server" password? I realize this is a very elementary question, but I am a 63 year old man who is not (yet) very computer savy. I just had my pc connected to cable a couple of days ago and the technician put in a password which I would like to change, hence my question. Thanks for any assistance you may offer to me. A simple suggestion I can offer you is to go to where you can change your password, it does offer you that suggestion, and the reason why am giving you this suggestion is because I have done it that same way myself.
