COMPUTER KEEP ON SHUTING DOWN FOR NO APPARENT REASON

my computer started to shut down for no apparent reason in april and ever since then it's constaanlty shutting down. When i run a program i download from the intranet it shuts down when i try to download something i usally shuts down when i play a video game it shuts down and many other things as well. i dont think my computer would be gettting to hot because i had the manufacter put in a extra fan becasue it had burned my power suply three times. i would really appreaciat it if u could solve the annoying problem for me very much.
