I recently deleted a lot of programs that I didn't use, and some that I wasn't sure what they were, because most of the avaliable space was used up. I just use it for simple stuff because its really old and slow and I just got a new one I can put the important stuff on. But now, whan I go to boot the damn thing up, it tells me to insert the correct disk and press any key. I'm not sure what disk its asking me for or even if I have it.

You maybe deleted the operation system file or a file that belong to the o.s you have to get a windows 95 boothdisk and try it or a windows 95 cd and load back windows.
